Does it ever strike people as odd that despite all of the criticism for politicians, nobody does anything to change it?
I have not forgotten that it is I who holds control over every political decision that happens in this country.
We have every right to destroy the government that currently presides over United States,
our freedoms demand it, and yet we do nothing.
         I want to do something, something else other then sitting here and watching every foolish naive teenager and
young adult let a worthless construct take all of their money, dreams, and aspirations right before their very eyes;
completely too uneducated to see how much of their lives will be wasted if they don't start thinking for themselves.
I know in the past I forsook reading the founding messages of this beautiful country, but I am now realizing my folly.
        One of the most important clauses in The Declaration of Independence is the one that pertains to government
and its place in lives.
"...whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends,"

life [existence],
liberty [justice and law], and the
pursuit of happiness [if you have the ability to do something and do it well, you can!].
"it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form,
as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness."

Why then are we hesitating to step forward and replace something that is broken? and let's be honest, that government
is broken. On more the one occasion we have torn down the governments of other countries, pulling down tyrannical leaders
and regimes, eventually rebuilding their cities and economies to sometimes even greater power then before.
Yet in the midst of all this we can't do the same to our own government. That fact seems like a huge
oxymoron and makes no logical sense, we have every right to change it.
        Political parties do not matter, it is an outdated way of thinking and a way to divide our ways of thinking, of the times we
need to be thinking along the same lines. You join a party you allow yourself to be divided and conquered. Also you are fed to the illusion
that you have a choice, but realistically you have no choice in the elections because of the institution of the Electoral College completely
denies you the right to have a say in who takes office, and essentially your livelihood. Everywhere I turn there are things that have been
in place for almost the length of this countries existence and for the most part I feel that they are severely out of date, especially when
pertaining to the current generation and its needs. I don't need anyone in the senate or in the presidential office spending my money
on anything other then ways to improve the lives of everyone in this country, because after all that's what their job is supposed to be.
         So what are you going to do about? are you going to try to reverse the argument and say that I need to solve all of your lifes'
problems? or will you band together and start making a change in your world? Is letting an outdated system that no longer
serves a purpose what is best for this country?

Did you ever think for a moment how I feel?

How depressing it is to have any hopes of a happy future just because a naive girl wouldn't saddle up and speak.

To be called the very thing I hate.

To see  a problem coming for eons and not being able to say a word, to painfully waste away in a outward imposed mental deadlock.

To try to tell you that you are an adult and you need to address your own problems, that includes your relationship with me, whether its there or not.

I am not a temporary fix to have a little fun, you don't pull me in with gifts and promises and then just run like a maniac away when something isn't working out the way you wanted it.

I am sentient living being perfectly capable of making it anywhere in this world. To take any job or career I so choose.
I am not afraid of the work that is ahead of me, and what my future will be is amazing, there will be deaths, amazing sights, goodbyes. I want to make many of my dreams become true, and yours as well.

So what do you say?

My massive and cantankerous Mac Book Pro is finally fixed :) and I am anxious to get back to my drawings and that giant picture of Havemercy :P I tried opening it on the school computers but after crashing the third one I gave up. >.<

Also I will be getting a tablet soon, which will significantly improve my work time and accuracy :love:

I also finally applied for a second degree @_@ so when I graduate in summer 2013 I will have a double major :)

Still I'm almost hyper that my computer is back!! YEEEEEEEEY!

I have a core frustration with today's work ethic. I live in a pretty mixed area of ethnic groups about 37% white, 42% black and 20% latino. I am white searching for jobs at the lowest end of the market, things like retail and stocking. Over the past 6 months its becoming painfully obvious that places around me are only hiring "minorities".

The problem is with this is that a large majority of people in my age group that are in the work force don't even know what they are doing with their lives, they never really care about getting to work, working hard and being respected. They show up late for work and spend the next 8 hours of their shift sitting behind the cash register picking their noses and eying customers contemptuously. Where the hell is pride in your work? where's the spirit?

There is no pride. Its to busy about that paycheck that comes in every third friday of the month and how it will spend it. And yeah I will go the racist route and say the n***** should go back to school AND LEARN TO READ, also SPEAK ENGLISH....properly. You got to a job to get your money so you can waste it on your sweatshop sneakers and starched brain vices, oh don't forget your retarded rims and your gold leaf necklaces. This pretty much goes for the other groups as well, even whites to a certain extent are guilty. Spending ever increasing and literacy ever falling, I have this bad feeling that my country will be completely illiterate by the early 2020s and it'll disappear with all of the national oil reserves.

I'm tired of being in a generation of degenerate, illiterate douche bags that spend what little money that I could have used to move out of my parents house and live like a normal human being.

I know I am ranting because I have no job. But its about damn time for me to move on.

I ask for nothing but a chance to prove that I can do the job right.

Gwah my photography class has been pretty fruitful as far as subject matter. but other then that I haven't done very well in other ways : you get this mid semester funk when your not really busy or have exams that is hard to get out of.
